“I bought this for heavy DIY use and so far it has performed well. It is easy to adjust for depth with a simple lever. The blade cuts through nails and screws easily, Three very small negative points The finger bolt for clamping the side guide would be better with a larger easier to grip head. The side guide can’t be set to take a thin slice off the workpiece because it interferes with the guard. I had this same problem on my previous different brand saw. It has an adjustable stop to set the blade at 90 degrees. This isn’t pre adjusted so my first cuts weren’t square until I realised.”
