“Delivered very quickly with no problems. Disappointed with the quality of the finishing of the track. One of the orange plastic self-adhesive tracks on the top and one of the self-adhesive foam strips on the bottom had been put on very badly, and were over the ridges on the side. This meant the saw wouldnt be a consistent height down the track. Needed to use the saw, and would have been a pain to try and return it. I relaid the orange track, but the foam strip is too well-attached - something so simple applied so badly and making it through inspection worries me about the rest of the kit, but the cuts I've made so far have been acceptable. Would I buy again? I think I would look carefully at other well-priced options to see whether the quality was likely to be similar.”

“I've used this package to rip up some air-dried oak boards. The saw coped very well and I would not hesitate to recommend this product. I would have given it 5 stars if it were not for the blockage issues I had with the sawdust outlet. It could probably do with a design tweak to remove the sharp edge that caught the stringy sawdust.”

“The saw is first class. The alloy baseplate being much higher quality that those tinny thin steel baseplates of others which bend and buckle easily. The front guide is spot on the cutting disc width for accurate alignment. The track system is ideal for long straight cuts. I've being building new wardrobes with tall oak panels requiring consistent long accurate cuts with no fret along the edge. This saw and guide assembly is definately the business.”

“well, I haven't used this tool in anger yet but it is good quality and so easy to use in the scrap timber I tried it on. the track is long enough for one cut without messing about joining bits together and long enough to join with an overhang to clamp and do full cuts”
