I have only had this for 3 months and so cannot comment on long term reliability. In the short term it has performed very well when coupled with the pressure washer attachment. A couple of niggles though. The plastic cover on the fuel cap fell apart after only one use. Probably defective on delivery. Whilst this doesn't affect the operation of the unit it is a bit annoying. That said, I called Customer Service and received a new cap in the post on the following day. Secondly, the unit does vibrate quite a bit. When standing on a hard surface this causes the wheels and feet to rub against the ground leaving black marks - and also wears out these parts of the machine. In future, I will stand the unit on grass / earth or a towel to protect the wheels during operation. Overall, pleased so far - time will tell if it holds up in terms of reliability.

Bought machine because it offered versatility with various bolt on options - I bought the pressure washer. Put the machine together and tried it out. Managed to clean 2 slabs before the O- ring in the lance went, i.e. the water started spraying from the connection point in the middle. Engine sounded a bit rough too. The so called low pressure option - set via the lance end did not work either On low pressure it more or less dribbled out rather than the promised fan. Good concept, poor quality

Having purchased the EVO200 from ScrewFix in their end of catalogue sale I opted for the free 2.8kW generator head, to give me the necessary power on my allotment. I'm so glad I did. Once assembled and filled with the correct type, amount of oil, I added fuel to the tank made slight adjustments to the various levers (choke and fuel), throttle. Switched on the electronic switch, pulled on the start cable. The motor fired up after the second pull. I re-adjusted the throttle and choke and left her running for a few minutes. The generator is light enough on its own to lift in and out of my car. The wheels run freely on soil and concrete so pulling up my allotment was no problem. Connecting the generator head is simplicity itself and it doesn't need to be forced into place like other quick connections do. I lightly greased the locating pins which slide into the mounting system on the EVO200 frame. The generator head does affect the balance slightly with the wheels at the rear of the motor, I wouldn't recommend transporting the motor with any attachments fitted because of this, it is manageable in two carries. I also purchased the EVOLUTION Rages 3 S 110 Volt Compound Sliding Mitre Saw with Mitre Saw Table and this works brilliantly off the generator. I am really happy with the purchases I made and happy to recommend them to any DIY 'er . Well worth the money especially the deal I got at ScrewFix. Gadget_Dave

The machine engine is good and with an extension to the lance I was able to pressure wash from 8m in the air. As good as the hired in machine that cost nearly £2000 we used to use. the system is light and movable for one person. My issue is with the finish to the frame, the welds breaking for the feet for the frame , the petrol cap cover coming off, nuts needing springs or split pins as the come undone due to vibration. I have a great concept , great attachments that work as they should, with a tatty looking machine frame. Customer first impressions count in my business.

Good points; Always starts. Good run time to a full tank of fuel. Bad points; Poor build quality. Leg has fallen off due to failed weld. Petrol cap broken.

Great system and easy to use, so would highly recommend. Two minor gripes: 1. The micro switch that detects when a system-attachment is attached needed bending so it did operate otherwise the engine will not start. 2. The fuel filler cap need re-designing as the centre air release value keeps falling off.
