“I am a bricklayer by trade the saw came up as an offer I read the reviews and one by bill Smyth said he had one for years and to obviously get the 110v version because of the water suppression then there was a paragraph from evolution themselves saying it’s for trade purposes and will require a drop down box ( transformer) to use so diyers buy 240v I ordered the deal an extra blade and tool bag for £320.00 it turned up and it was just a basic 300mm grinder no water suppression so absolutely useless to any one using on site work It was sold as an alternative to the stihl saw but it’s not The water suppression one is nearly £400 way too expensive for what it is”

“Having struggled with petrol saws for years, we took a chance and got a evolution 300 mm saw, found it excellent, cut through any wall, refused nothing, absolutely no regrets, actually bought a second one, original saw must be 4 years old, not a peep out of it, except it needs a blade! Only word of caution, we always buy the 110v model, as are always using water with the cutting. But def worth the price.”
