“Its such a shame, I have several evolution tools, and I have no complaint about their equipment. Earlier this month I was in desperate need of a disc cutter at short notice. After some research it was obvious that it would be quickest to order direct from evolution due to them offering a next day Saturday delivery if ordered by 4pm. we placed the order at 11am Friday the 12th. We contacted evolution by email on Saturday at 10am to ask for conformation of delivery for that day which subsequently we never received. We then contacted Evolution on Monday to ask where our order was, we were told that there was a system failure and that the item would be shipped that day for me to receive on Tuesday. Unfortunately Tuesday comes and goes and still no disc cutter. I contact again to be told that it shall be delivered on Wednesday instead. Each person I spoke to assured me I would receive the item the next day. Working days later I finally receive the item. The tool itself is perfect and fit for purpose, the customer service on the other hand is less than desirable and needs some work. Do not promise next day delivery if it cant be fulfilled and do not allow your staff to promise the arrival of tools when they cannot guarantee this.”

Hi Edward, Our apologies for the delayed response and the time it took for the item to arrive. We rely on other couriers to ensure products get to our customers. When this isn't met by the agreed time, we of course ensure we follow up and chase couriers to confirm delivery. If you need any further assistance with your disc cutter, please do let us know. “At first I thought I was taking a bit of a gamble. Should I invest in a petrol disc cutter? However I don’t really need to take it away from a power source so thought I would give it a go. Absolutely blown away. First job cut through my concrete slab in my garage. It did it with ease! Quick and with the water dust suppression it was great to use. Came with a free all material disc which will be very handy! Really is a great product!”
