“Arrived next day and do what they are supposed to. Not used them yet, its a pity they don't come in the box when purchasing the saw and tracks though.”

“The product is good, but having paid for next day delivery (the only option) I started to get a bit annoyed when after a week I still hadn’t received it, so I phoned customer service. The person I spoke to looked into the issue and said the parts had been picked but hadn’t been shipped. The next day I received them. So it appears that someone in the warehouse just hadn’t bothered to give it to the postman. Not good enough in my opinion!”
