“I recently had the need to cover a 6' x 5' fence panel. It's at the end of our garden close to a tree, ivy and a field beyond. I didn't want to plant anything that would need me to prune it as access is difficult, so I thought I would try Evergreen. My wall is ivy and ferns. It blends in very well with the surroundings and is a more welcome sight than the fence panel! I emailed customer services first to get help with metric conversion so I would not buy too much. They were prompt to reply and very helpful. The product is well made, sturdy and covers the framework to which it is attached with no gaping. It is easily cut with shears. It went up with a staple gun. Job done. You can order half metres too. It came in a sturdy box undamaged. However, I've given 4 stars due to a problem with the delivery company. It would have arrived within 3 days but the driver ran out if time, but having booked my goods out for delivery on a Wednesday, he didnt book it back in when he didnt deliver it. I rang the deliverer on the Friday and apologies etc and it arrived the next day. BUT it was dropped on my semi detached neighbour's driveway the other side away from me and the only person who knew where it was was the driver! No doorbell or knock for either of us (I was at home). His neighbour spotted it and both kindly brought it round! I contacted Evergreen who also apologised profusely and said they would address it. I can recommend the product, it's working for me. Time will tell if the 3 year UV treatment promise holds up. I'd love to add photos but my link to this review wont allow me to”

“Really impressed with the product, and very happy about the customer service. The team was always very pleasant to talk to over the phone and nothing was too much of a bother for them. They sent a sample and answered all our questions. The order was easy to put through and we received the parcel without any issue. The product itself is beautiful and of excellent quality. You can see a lot of care has been put into crafting it. The wall looks even more beautiful in photos and videos.”

“I ordered two of these and they take pride of place in my back yard. High quality and really have that ‘wow factor’. I’m so glad I went for these rather than the cheaper alternatives available as these look ten times better! Definitely worth it!”
