“Very disappointed took nearly 2 weeks for delivery then when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture, there aren't many leaves on it and they only start half way up and not from the bottom like the picture. I have messaged them twice and had no response, the customer care is not there whatsoever. I also purchased a tree from Blooming Artificial on the same day and this arrived the day after and was fabulous, lots of leaves and just like the picture so would recommend them 100% and def not Evergreen Direct.”

“I already commented before that the tree trunk looks as though it has been short at the top and this doesn't look very natural for a tree that has naturally grown to 1.2m.”
