“Would've been Very Good if it wasn't for the small box it was sent it. It caused them to be square and out of shape! I spent the next few days reshaping. Might be an idea to use bigger boxes when dispatching to customer.”

“Buxus were missing around 15% of the foliage and they were more square than round. I contacted the company only to be told to place a hot hairdryer on them and mould them back into shape. No explanation given or action to resolve the missing foliage. Very poor indeed !”

I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied you your Buxus product. Unfortunately in transit the foliage does get a little squashed given the impression of missing foliage and also misshapes the topiary ball. It take a day or two for the plant to bounce back into shape but to speed up this process warming the material up resolves this almost instantly. I know it sounds a very strange solution but it is a trick or the trade that truly works and would urge yourself and any other customers experiencing this problem to give it a try. If this fails we are more than happy to arrange a replacement product. Kind Regards, Evergreen Team

“I very rarely write reviews (although I am always influenced by them!) but felt the staff and products were worthy of one. The staff were great. Polite, helpful and professional. I even had assistance regarding "fixing" the buxus balls to ensure they don't blow away in the wind (in the end I ordered a chain for each ball and tied weights onto the chain which has been very successful). I also received advice regarding the correct size. I did a huge amount of research before deciding on this company and, whilst not the cheapest, the look is great. I ordered 3 large balls to sit on top of "column" style pots. It's a very contemporary look. The balls look very realistic and they are very "full" so there's no gaps in the foliage. As it's winter, I can't comment on fading but the company say they are UV protected and I trust them. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend both the company and this product.”
