“The plant arrived in good condition and the packaging was good however the parcel though marked as fragile had been possibly tipped or dropped at some point because the solid fake soil layer around the base of the plant (which had been set up in the tall silver planter ready for immediate display) was broken into pieces and there was a lot of this in a loose crumb around the plant and in the inner package layer which made unpacking and setting it up rather messy. The plant itself looks very realistic and makes a lovely accent in an area of my lounge where natural light is a bit limited.”

“Good size and arrived well packaged. It’s realistic looking except for the highest centre new leaf. It would look better if that wasn’t included as it is like a beacon saying it’s artificial. Other than that very pleased.”
