This is certainly not the level of quality we strive to deliver to our valued customers. We always urge customers that arent satisfied to get in touch straight away for us to resolve the problem. The balls themselves are really easy to reshape using a hairdryer to soften them and reshape Once again, we extend our heartfelt apologies for any inconvenience caused.
