“Failed to deliver on the date promised and booked because the lorry 'apparently' was too large for the road and we had waited all day because although they said they called, there were no 'missed' calls on our phones! So since we had done a round trip of 150 miles to accept the delivery we then had to do the 150 miles again to be there for the revised date the following week using a smaller van. That second attempt went very efficiently and effectively.”
