“I loved these sheets until I washed them! They were soooo soft and silky and buttery, and now they're still soft, but incredibly faded, and have strange white marks all over them. I followed the washing instructions, so I'm no sure what else to do here. The pillowcases also seem to have shrunk (I did not put them in the dryer). I invested $700 in a whole sheet/duvet set and I'm WILDLY let down now that they're washed :( Not sure what their return policy is!”
