“I was looking forward to receiving my silk sleep mask. I was so disappointed! It did not look new or fresh. In fact, it looked like an item that might have been returned. The color was dull, it had some wrinkles and the band seemed stretched out (I have a medium sized head). I was surprised that it wasn't wrapped in tissue paper or that the box wasn't sealed. Anyway, I put it in the dryer for a couple of minutes just to freshen it up! (No washing instructions enclosed.) Perhaps I was expecting too much!”
