“I order pricey pillow cases a month ago to be sent to my son for college - they were never received and the tracking does not show delivery, so we did not miss or lose the package. I have emailed customer service 4 times now and they refuse to help me in any way. They state that if they get them back they will refund, if not - then basically I lose the money I paid for these. Horrible customer service response!”
