“I recently saw an ad for Eucalypto Tencel Sheets online and being very impressed with the softness of a Tencel shirt I had bought at LL Bean I decided to give it a try. The day after I placed the order, I received an email offering a free pillowcase if I ordered another full set. A free pillowcase is no big deal to begin with, but the original order hadn't even shipped and I'm being told to place another order. Finally after 2 weeks, the sheets arrive and again the next day I'm being asked to write a review. I had just washed my old sheets and was not about to change them the next day. I think this company needs to seriously re-consider their approach to customer appreciation and service.”
