“I’m SO disappointed in the quality of the duvet cover. I spent a lot of money on the comforter and cover combo and it was ruined in 2 nights. My cats nails are not long and have never snagged on bedding before. Just from jumping on and off the bed, the comforter is snagged all over. Customer service is non existent. I’ve reached out several times requesting a return and refund but have not heard back. I will no longer be recommending this brand due to the durability issues and lack of customer service.”
