“Unfortunately i haven't received this item yet, i sent an email yesterday to see were it is because it was dispatched on the 24th October and there's no sign of it yet, so i would appreciate your help with this, if it doesn't arrive i would appreciate a refund, this was meant for my niece 16th birthday which has now gone.
