“The customer service fom the ULAW team is horrendous. I ordered my books two weeks ago and they have not arrived. When I called to enquire, the person on the line was unapologetic and refused to transfer me to his supervisor. Save yourself the money and buy them off ebay second hand.”

Tracking your parcel with UPS - tracking number 1ZA8E8046837481146 I can see all was delivered on the 19th September. Hi Eve, Apologies for the confusion here, it does state on the product page that this 4th edition of the SQE study manuals is a "Pre-order" and they will not be received before the 9th September 2024.
