“unfortunately I havent received my purchase when contacted the customer service I have been told ,It has been delivered and they wont deal with lost item and I have to contact royal force really disappointed with the poor service as I paid to this company they are in charge to deal with the matter but its seems they dont care”

Dear Sophi, On contacting the office, we explained that your order had been signed for with Royal Mail. With regards to the dispute, we explained you would need to contact them directly as they would ask you personal questions we cannot answer, i.e. information about your premises. We did not deem the item lost, if this had of been the case we would of course located it for you. We take great care to ensure all our customers receive their orders timely.
