“Very very high waisted and gaps round the knicker part front and back. I called and spoke with customer services before choosing size so I got correct size to. Which obviously didn’t help! I bought 2 pairs of which I will be returning one as the fit is poor and far to high waisted for me. After having numerous operations I cannot wear anything that high. I did try turning over the waiste band and it bruised my hip bones. For the price - which personally I found very expensive considering I need these garments following cancer, I would not recommend. If the fit was better and were no way near as high (over belly button) and more hip height they would be good. The support for your labia would be good if they fitted properly. Very strong material not as breathable in my opinion as they state. I have eczema so need breathable. Staff were friendly when I called to discuss sizing. Postage takes ages and no communication re your order or delivery once you placed the order. (I made sure I took a print of screen once ordered) otherwise I would of had no details until ordered arrived a week & half after ordering. I did send an enquiry as to where was my order - which I had no response. Am not looking forward to returning if it was this difficult to order, can only imagine how the return will work. In my opinion very disappointed and very expensive.”

Dear Karen Thank you for your review. We are interested not only in the good reviews for our products but also the negative ones. From reading your comments it would appear that you have several issues going on at once and perhaps the labial support garment was not ideal for your particular circumstance. Were you recommend this type of support by a surgeon? I shall pass your comments onto Design Veronique and determine whether we need to look at an alternative design in this area.
