“1. product advertised is version 1 of the valve (white and blue) while product delivered is version 2 (beige) and it does not fit Hudson Reed Kubix Triple Concealed Thermostatic Shower Valve with Diverter I intended to use it for as a replacement of version 1 valve that came out of the box 2. return policy is just 14 days (unlike most other companies where it is 30- days) 3. despite few requests for return instructions I did not have any response which makes me think the company is trying to get to the point when it is too late to return (point 2 above) 4. there is no contact number on the web site so I could call to chase for return instructions”

“Bought a shower from them with a 10 year guarantee, it broke after 2 years and I bought the new part I needed as it was only £12 with delivery but that part broke again after 2 months or so and I asked them to send me another and I had to buy it again and even pay delivery again.”
