“Part was faulty but resolved fairly swiftly. I had to purchase another part in the hope that I would be refunded, which I was. Bank holiday slowed process down I guess. Polite and friendly helpful staff, would use again”

“Shower lasted 5 months. Cartridge broke. ED said the 5 year guarantee as stated on the listing didn't cover the cartridge even though it's an integral part of the shower, and had only been used for 5 months! So cost £50 to replace the part, and several hundred pounds for the plumber to fix it. Won't be using ED again.”
