Hi Simon, We're sorry that the sizing on this item wasn't quite right for you. We try to keep the cost of returning as low as possible (through our tracked return service with Royal Mail and offering a reduced DPD rate for outbound delivery) but we understand these costs can still be frustrating. We have a cancellation form on our website that if filled out and sent to us, entitles you to a delivery refund of £3.99 (as part of The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
