Hi, We're sorry that there was an issue with your DPD delivery. We can see from the DPD tracking that a request was made for your order to be delivered to a DPD pick-up shop but there was a complication with that collection. After the failed collection, your order arrived back at our warehouse a few days later. A full refund was then issued back to your original payment method including all shipping charges.
