Hi Alison, We're sorry that you felt that we took too long to get back to you, that's not what we want at all and we know how frustrating it can be when you can't get a response. However, we do feel in this instance we were responsive- I can see from our system that you sent an email at 9:47 am on Tuesday this week and we sent a reply within 30 minutes at 10:13 am the same morning. Although our Customer Service department is not open 24/7 we do try to get back to customers as soon as possible and this is usually within an hour during business hours.
