We send out a physical return form with all online orders and our returns information is also available on our website: https://www.eqvvs.co.uk/pages/returns. We can see your order came through 'lovethesales' so perhaps this caused some confusion with the returns process. Although the 30-day returns window has passed, providing the item is still in its original condition, we'd be happy to still accept a return in exchange for a different size or e-gift card.
