Hi Tom, We apologise sincerely for the issue with the website image. We can see that on the product page on our website, there was some images with a green zip and some images with a white zip. This was caused by Ralph Lauren producing two versions of the same jacket with identical product codes. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and the issue has now been rectified. I can see that we did offer a free return if you preferred to return the item for a full refund. We completely understand that prices for premium labels can be higher but we would say that we always try to be as competitive as possible. We can see the price you paid for the jacket was extremely competitive (48% off the RRP) but the issue with the website image was an error on our part.
