Hi Piotr, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry that we no longer offer exchanges. The way that online orders are placed has changed significantly over the last couple of years and more specifically the number of payment options that can be used to place online orders. As a number of orders are now placed using credit options for example Klarna, we're not permitted to exchange these type of orders. To keep the returns policy as simple and staight forward as possible, we've stopped exchanges across the board. We appreciate that this new policy does has some drawbacks but on the whole we think it provides a better service for customers. For example, one of the benefits of this new returns policy is that customers can place a new order for the new size and get that delivered much more quickly then waiting for a return to arrive back with us, the exchange to be then processed (if the stock levels allow) and then the new size delivered.
