“Shirt itself is very good but mine arrived damaged. I have tried dozens of time to call but lines are down and about 10 emails with pictures of damage and nobody has replied . Very poor customer service !!”

Hi Chris, We're really sorry to hear there was an issue with this item. We apologise that you weren't able to get through on our phone lines, from time these are turned off during busy periods so that we can prioritse responding to emails on a first come first served basis. We can see we did respond to both emails you sent straight away. On the last email sent between us on January 27th, we had requested photos of the damage but we never received any response.
