“You sent a Returned item to me. The clear bag which the item was in looked liked it was used 100 times dirty and crunched up. The top was all creased over everywhere. Dont you provide new bags for your returned items to be repacked in.”

To answer your question, we do certainly have new clear plastic bags for returned items to repackaged but it seems that did not happen on this occasion.
