Hi Geraldine, We're sorry to hear you were dissapointed with this product. This product is actually part of Emporio Armani's 'loungewear' collection. The material of products in this collection do tend to be much lighterweight as they are primarily designed for inside wear. To try and make this clear on the product page, the term 'Loungewear' is in included in the product name and in the product description we've advised ' provide upmost comfort for those relaxed weekends in'.
