Hi Ben, We're really sorry to hear there was an issue with your order. According to our system it was the 'Custom Slim Fit Pima Crew Neck T-Shirt L / 029 Indigo Sky' that was returned to us and not the Black version of the same t-shirt. £45 was the price originally paid for the Indigo Sky t-shirt which is why a refund for £45 was issued.
