“Just received and enjoyed toasted. Large slices & tastes good. Purchased for the protein content of each slice. Would give 5 stars if all organic ingredients were included. Still pretty clean & non GMO with low sugar content. Don’t yet know how it will be after freezing as still eating the first loaf.”
