“Equi London, I am sorry but your Menopause blend needs work! It needs to actually mix with water and the lack of solubility is a real issue for me. The other issue is the flavour. It tastes very unnatural and overly sweet I am having to blend a berocca and a lemon into it to reduce the taste and then put ice in so it is drinkable! Not ideal for the price. As a professional product developer and marketeer can I suggest that you test the products on the general public in central location testing in future that will give you panel feedback. I am sure that this type of product research would have enabled you to test either in home or on site and given you the feedback I am. 100 panelists is robust. Its such a shame as the ingredients list is mighty and I will stick with it due to the £ but I think I will move to a tablet format going forward as the powder is just not fit for purpose.”
Thanks for your feedback Suzie. Re. the flavour - lots of ladies tell us they like it but obviously everyone is different. Just so you know, unlike our competitors, we don't add any emulsifiers to our products because even though they make the product blend up better, they often contain not-so-good compounds that we dont believe should be in a supplement. A shaker can really help it mix better if you've got one. We are also looking at getting Menopause Formula into a capsule formula for those who prefer taking it this way, so stay tuned!
