Lots of bits left so you have shake or stir again. So lots of water intake at once. Hence, needing loo more and I’m not sure if I’m just weeing it out!

“Initially bought the beauty formula for my cystic acne after seeing an ad on Instagram. It has improved (ongoing battle) but what I’m most impressed by is the impact on my energy.
