Its partially my fault, but their website doesn't distinguish adequately between reinforced and not reinforced.
Brass tags wear our quite quickly without a steel reinforcing eyelet.

Hello Richard, I'm sorry to hear that the tag doesn't meet your expectations. I've had a look through our communication to see where we might have gone wrong, the photo you sent and the corresponding email read "Text for engraving is as attached photos thanks. Just paid Octagonal." -there was no suggestion that you were wanting to source anything different to what the order showed, which we duly supplied.
On the website each of the reinforced tags has the word "Reinforced" in its title, there is also a subcategory of reinforced tags showing the available selection, I'm afraid we don't offer a reinforced version in the octagonal design.
We sell thousands of standard brass tags each week which go on to give good service. I do hope I've offered some clarification but if I can help further please let me know.
