“The plate is good and we’ll made. The on-line order form is poor, it gives an option to have the engraving in different lettering styles but there are no examples of what those are. I sent an email to clarify what style of font I wanted and even sent a photo, I was very disappointed in that you ignored that email and didn’t bother to acknowledge it. The lettering style I got is OK but not my preferred choice. Improvement is needed to your on-line form so that customers are clear what style they are ordering.”
