“The plaque was absolutely beautiful when I received it. When it was unwrapped, it got smudged. I waited until it was installed to wipe off the smudges. I used a paper towel and scratched it very badly. I was so disappointed because the craftsmanship is excellent and the plaque was perfectly made. I just wish I had been given a warning about cleaning this shiny piece.”
