The information is deeply engraved so if there's another tag rubbing it, it won't wear off and deteriorate (which happened to a tag supplied by another firm, who refunded my money). These tags last for YEARS. The only time I need to buy one is to update the information. They are fantastic value for money. Also they actually get in touch with you if they can't get all the information you want onto the tag. And for a very small dog, 21mm is not heavy.”
