Asked for a 15mm to fit a 15mm collar. The one I received was12mm. Does not fit. Rang firm. The said they had sent the correct size. Got no where with them. Rubbish!!!!!

Hello Jane, I'm sorry to hear this, we don't manufacture an agility tag with a 12mm opening - the smallest would be 15mm slot size. We don't have anything smaller we could of sent I'm afraid. If you could send me a photo of the tag and a photo showing the collar with some sort of tape measure for the sizing I'll review this further for you. Kindest regards, Andy andy@engravingstudios.co.uk

Very nice looking collar tag and a perfect fit for our puppy's 15mm collar. We have a very active puppy and didn't want a 'dangling' tag he could catch on or easily loose. The text is clear and easy to read. When we get a bigger collar I will definitely get the new tag from here.

Excellent product. Easy to fit and not obtrusive so still on collars of dogs. Would highly recommend.

Our French Bulldog is very active so we knew we need a design that would not come off. Really impressed with the quality and the engraving. I was not expecting such a speedy service. 10 out of 10 from us.

Good quality, fits well and looks good. Pleased with service. Only (minor) issue was the angle of the arms that fit to the strap- the angle meant the tag stands up a few milimetres rather than sitting flush on the strap. As such I used some pliers to flatten them out a bit, so easily remedied.
