The tag itself is just as advertised, good quality brass, engraved, not laser printed, no rough edges, smooth all over with the inscription on both sides.
Ordering was simple on the website, there was an order confirmation and an update when the item was dispatched, quality service.
If anything could be improved, it would be text size option and style choice, however the company do offer a bespoke service.
