Hello Sam, apologies for the inconvenience - as discussed your initial order has been lost on the way. The tracking for the replacement which we sent on Thursday is showing as in the Chelmsford Royalmail depot today, if you drop us an email to orders@engravingstudios.co.uk we can supply the tracking number for you (this would have also been on the order completion email)
