“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Product far too small and slightly damaged- when you need to return an item you have to go through so much red tape it is unacceptable. You have got to find a courier yourself and arrange a return. if they have to sort the return for you it will cost you over £120.00 if it is a bulky item. The staff are rude and unsupportive. I have never had such a terrible experience when returning a faulty item. Also this product is very poor for the money. You can buy a table top fryer with a larger capacity for less than £40.00 on ebay.”

Thank you for your feedback, I have looked into this for you and I can see you submitted a returns request 6 days after delivery with the reason being "I purchased a fryer for £40.00 that had a bigger capacity than this one. Really disappointed with this item" with no mention of any damage. I can also see we advised you of the returns policy that is clearly stated on our website and agreed to within our T&Cs upon completion of your order. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service received, if you had let us know the unit was damaged within the 24 hours, we could have arranged a replacement/refund for you.
