Great for busy food establishments, ideal for cooking all sorts of items such as burgers, sausages, bacon, eggs etc. The low profile, heavy duty build quality brings strong, robust reliability to the market and this really is a top quality griddle. Finished with a great quality machined steel cooking surface, with internal drip tray for collecting fat, along with a fully adjustable thermostat. Do not confuse these with cheaper cast iron plate griddles. these are professional commercial catering models.
