“The one star is for service. Was told delivery was 3-5 working days. Was 9 working days. No documents - user manuals, how to assemble and no guarantee came with the unit. Once the manuals were sent to us, they were not helpful at all to a lay person, as we are. The unit didn’t work so, after another 4 days of losing sales/income, we had to pay to get a professional to look at it. One of the worst displays of service I have encountered.”
