“I originally ordered two of these cables which were promptly delivered. On inspection one had a faulty connector. I requested a replacement which ElectroMarket organised straight away. Unfortunately UPS failed to deliver it on two occasions, so ElectroMarket send another by DPD, which arrived the next day. 5 stars for ElectroMarket customer services, 0 points for UPS!”
