“I bought this light to enhance other lights i use for house/garden parties, i do not have it plugged in to a DMX controller but that was never my intention as the light has sound mode with built in mic, but that has proved to be absolutely useless. There are some other functions you can change but this light basically goes through a pre programmed routine that does not enhance the music, i researched this light before purchase and was expecting laser beams not child like shapes on my ceiling with a strobe that kicks in every 30 seconds, to say i was disappointed is an understatement, if this light needs plugged into a DMX controller to have the desired result then the reviews of this product are way off. Item is back in it’s box and fired up the loft with the rest of the junk.”
