“Item got lost in the post received the wrong item at first as opened the box and the item was for someone in Norwich the other side of the country. I did receive the correct item eventually. Not used the item yet as it arrived late. No apology or compensation.”

Good afternoon, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on this item, I apologise for the issue with the delivery being later than expected. I can see that we replied to your message informing us of the issue of the order not being correct that we received after hours on Tuesday 26th by the following afternoon, and according to the tracking for the exchange order that was set up this was delivered on the Thursday, so before your required event of Friday 29th. I apologise if you feel the service we provided to rectify the issue wasn't sufficient, please contact our customer care department if you would like us to look into this further for you.
