“I replaced the drivers in my ancient Leak 3080s with a pair of these. I wasn't expecting them to sound like the originals, but I was pleasantly surprised when they sounded absolutely fine to my ears. There was a noticeable break-in after about two months, when they settled in and improved again. I didn't choose these at random, as they seemed to be a reasonably close fit to the orginal parameters, but these things are always open to interpretation. I'll be buying another pair of these soon, for my workshop audio.”
